Conditions of participation at "BAU gift campaign“

Participants

All natural persons who are at least 18 years old and have registered on the Heller Landingpage www.hellertools.com/en/bau-munich-2018/ are eligible to participate. Each person can only participate once. Employees of Heller Tools GmbH as well as their relatives are excluded from participation.

Period

All persons who register by 19 January 2018 have the opportunity to participate.

Gift

Eligible persons who have registered must collect their gift, the anti dust accessory "Duster Pro", during the "BAU" trade fair in Munich (14-19 January 2019) at the Heller stand in Hall C6, Stand No. 515, by redeeming the gift code they received with the registration. The offer is only valid while stocks lasts.

Data protection

In order to participate in the "BAU gift campaign", personal data is required. The participants expressly agree that the data transmitted by them will be collected and processed for the execution and processing of the campaign. Participants also agree that they may receive messages at their e-mail address for the purpose of processing the promotion. In the event of revocation, the participant will be excluded from the competition.

Other

Heller Tools GmbH reserves the right to stop the campaign at any time, if a situation occurs that endangers the integrity of the campaign.

The gift is not transferable to third parties. A cash payment of the gift value or an exchange of the gift are excluded.

Legal recourse is excluded.
